One important note: we're not licensed electricians or gas fitters, so we can't do electrical or gas work ourselves. The electrical hookup for a hot tub or sauna, and the gas-line connection for a fireplace or stove, must be done by a licensed pro — but we're glad to coordinate with a local electrician or plumber, and can refer trades we've worked with for years.
