Sorry it has taken so long to respond. I had to have surgery on my wrist/hand and I am just now getting back to normal.
We love our Nordic Spa. It gets daily use, sometimes twice a day. We have recommended Nordic Spas and your business to everyone who knows about our spa.

I, too, enjoyed our conversations this morning very much. Your customer service skills are EXCELLENT! I wish the rest of our businesses (both America's and Durango's) could learn your skills. I consider the lack of same to be one of the saddest attributes of our current time.

Both times, finding a gas line to to be routed proved to be difficult, yet they were able to come up with a solution.
